PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Quality & Regulatory Program (4 years)

  • Led a global, mandatory quality and regulatory remediation program covering approximately 5,000 operational assets.
  • Held end-to-end responsibility for program governance, planning, execution, reporting and formal closure.
  • Managed program budgets, risks, change requests and resource allocation across multiple international sites.
  • Coordinated cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, quality, regulatory affairs and external partners.
  • Established structured reporting cadence and escalation mechanisms to senior management.
  • Executed site transfer and closure from France to the Czech Republic within a USD 3.5M budget.
  • Centralized Global Trade Compliance within the business unit, acting as primary interface between regulatory specialists and operations.

Interim Manager Operations & Supply Chain

  • Accountable for operational performance, budget and delivery across three international sites (France, Czech Republic, Switzerland).
  • Managed approximately 175 FTE in a regulated manufacturing environment during a period of rapid growth.
  • Introduced structured S&OP processes to stabilize operations and improve delivery predictability.
  • Led organizational restructuring while maintaining compliance, quality and continuity of operations.

Senior Program Manager – Site Transfer & Operations Transformation (2 years)

  • Led end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain transfer to Brno, Czech Republic.
  • Managed program budget of approximately USD 15M and cross-functional teams of over 90 FTE.
  • Oversaw design, build and commissioning of a new manufacturing facility.
  • Delivered USD 5.6M in annualized run-rate savings.
